Class Description

There are so many options of soups we can have for the winter, in fact, there are so many that it would take me at least a week just to list them here, so I won’t!  Lol.  But if you’re like me, you love a good soup all year round.  Here’s to summer soups!  In this class, we will explore 2 chilled soups also called gazpachos.  (Strawberry & Pea Gazpacho)

Join me for an hour and as we explore 2 colorful and nutritious gazpachos!  The chef will provide tips to use in the kitchen for easy storage and how to make a menu stretch!

Equipment Needed:

Standard equipment are cutting board, kitchen towels, tasting spoons, measuring cups/spoons, whisk, serving dishes (plates, bowls, glass, spoons, forks, knives, etc.)
