Looking for a great burger? This burger has everything you’ve been missing. Our Black Bean Burger was voted top amongst classes of both mature and young adults and we’ve got receipts to prove it! Lol. This burger is not only loaded with protein, vitamins and nutrients but it’s bursting with flavor, did you hear me, BURSTING with flavor! I promise you that you won’t miss a thing. You will learn the difference between beans vs legumes as well as how to pump up your sauce to use it for both your burger AND the potato fries that come with it whether sweet, white or yuca!

Equipment Needed:

Standard kitchen equipment: cutting board, kitchen towels, tasting spoons, measuring cups/spoons, whisk, serving dishes (plates, bowls, glass, spoons, forks, knives, etc.), a Chef’s knife, paring knife, mixing bowls, mixing spoons

Special equipment for this class: potato masher, grater, regular or grill pan, spatula
